We deliver more than

Opening Doors to Digital Equality

At RockDoc, we believe access to information is a fundamental human right, yet hundreds of millions of PDFs remain "silent" due to missing tags, a systematic exclusion we are here to end. We bridge the gap between elite research and business intelligence, leveraging 20 years of ISO-level expertise to transform slow, manual remediation into a scalable, industrial reality. Driven by a heart for inclusion, we combine cutting-edge AI with a deep social commitment to ensure the digital transition leaves no one behind.

We don't just tag documents. We open doors.

Tamir Hassan
CTO
"I see my goal in creating tools that help the designer or author instead of trying to replace them."

Coming from a document and font engineering background, I am passionate about the intersection between technology and design, not only the fine details of algorithms and file formats, but complete systems and workflows that enable people to achieve their fullest potential.

Karl Pichler
CEO & Sales
"Digital inclusion succeeds when technology speaks the language of public administration — and when someone is willing to translate."

As CEO & Sales, Karl Pichler leads the market development of RockDoc Access in Austria, Germany, and across the EU. Over 30 years, he has guided banks, insurance companies, and public authorities through legally demanding digitalisation projects — experience he now applies to translate regulatory requirements into transparent, audit-proof processes.

Bernhard Krüpl-Sypien
Product & AI
"My favourite word is convergence. Great stuff can happen when previously unrelated things come together."

Coming from web research at its core, it is my greatest joy to innovate by connecting things, not just technologies, but people and ideas. I am driven by the desire to create tools that help people converge.

Katarzyna Pichler
CMO
"Never give up! Everything is possible if you really want it. Just go for it!"

My passion is building businesses and brands, making them successful and profitable. In 30 years, companies, challenges and teams have changed, but one thing never did: the power of persistence.
